Fiscal policy – an integrated approach

Abstract
Disclosed author's view on the most important aspects of fiscal and monetary policy in the context of economic growth. The role of the budget in the economy and the task of increase of efficiency of use of state property. The role and value of gross tax resources, the task of ensuring the growth in aggregate effective demand of the population. Special attention is given to monetary policies and objectives of its use as a tool for economic growth.
