Abstract

China has achieved considerable progress in development of the national innovation system. China and Russia are long-standing partners. President Medvedev in his speech at the Presidium of the State Council emphasized that Russia must create an innovation system to become an actuating mechanism of industrial and scientific development of Russia. Is Russia able to put into practice Chinese experience to develop its own innovation system?
