Perspectives of bringing the Federal road network to standard shape

Abstract

The article presents actual issues of achieving new quality of roads, their exploiting and maintenance. A normative approach to operating costs optimization in respect of the federal roads is reviewed. Another important issue - is possible use of more improved system of contracts in the sphere of maintenance and reparation of automobile roads.
