Social and legal myths created by the youth legislation opponents

Abstract

The author argues against the opponents of the federal framework law regulating the foundations of government youth policy. The article is focused on a critical analysis of the social and legal myths that are being disseminated in the Russian society to discredit the ideas underlying the law. The author proves the groundlessness of such technologies.
