Who Should Ensure the Countrys Food Security

Abstract
Successful implementation of the Russian Federation Food Security Doctrine requires creation of a system of legal, administrative, organizational measures on all levels of public administration. The article presents a structural and functional model of a state body designated to coordinate food security in the country.
