Abstract

Increasing the efficiency of Russian antidrug policy is substantiated as a combination of measures such as situation monitoring, improvement of medical support, optimization of international cooperation. The author emphasizes the necessity for modernization of the legislation in this sphere and the importance of social rehabilitation mechanisms.
