Pretended Bargains in Unitary Enterprise Property Privatization

Abstract
The article addresses the issue of direct targeted sales of public or municipal property to a specific buyer. Interested state and municipal authorities grant property for full economic management to unitary enterprises, which sell it to end buyers. The author substantiates the conclusion that such bargains are pretended and therefore invalid.
