Abstract

Innovational renewal of the economy, its modernization requires a change in the system of innovation-oriented managers, whose absence in the labor market does not allow to increase the share of innovative enterprises, hampering the development of the domestic economy. We consider the breakthrough elements of innovative training of modern management.
