Public Management in the Belarus Development Model

Abstract

Not only does the creation of an Allied state not preclude the search for and emergence of proper development models for the Russian and Belarusian peoples, but rather, it encourages integration of methodologies and experience of building systems of public administration and local government. Rector of the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus, Doctor of Engineering, Professor A.
