Homo Administrans: Anthropological Identity Metamorphoses

Abstract

The author analyzes factors affecting managerial identity in present-day Russia. The most important of these is the anthropological catastrophe that Russia went through in the 20^th century. Its causes include such factors as the extremely low level, quality and culture of management that have traditionally been typical of Russian authorities and political elite.
