Functions of Control in a Modern State: Developing the Concept

Abstract

Under conditions of increasing independence of economic agents, the control function of public authorities does not lose its relevance, but requires harmonization with the needs of civil society and business institutes. The author suggests a model for the revision of control and supervision privileges of the state based on a balance between authority and strengthening of the state and society.
