CSTO: Towards a Collective Information Security System

Abstract

Member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) consider the formation and development of a common information state to be a strategic information security objective. This is a necessary measure to counter destructive forces which operate according to the technologies of information war. The article lists legal, technical and organizational recommendations to responsible public bodies and the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly.
