Abstract
A study of the connection between language, power and ideology based on speeches made by political leaders allows to identify and describe latent phases of international contracts. This conclusion is corroborated by a study of speeches by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel.
