Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of promoting anti-corruption behavior of public servants as a supporting factor for the implementation of administrative reform. A content analysis of legal acts and normative documents of the past decade and their application points to the need to establish definitions and develop practical measures that would be more accurate, succinct and adequate to the complexity of the problem.
