Problems and Prospects of Banking Legislation in the Russian Federation

Abstract

The author looks at the drawbacks of the existing banking legislation which are the reason for the low stability of the state's financial credit system and suggests a mechanism to update the banking system, making it more adequate to the essence of banks, the nature of their activities and their role in the national economy.
