Capital Insurance in the Strategy of Socio-economic Development

Abstract

The author considers the questions related to the conditions of socio-economic development and investment processes in the regions and municipalities, points out the role of insurance in promoting stability and reducing the costs of regional and local budgets. The article contains a number of proposals to establish a system of insurance in the regions and municipalities, allowing the release of significant budgetary resources for development of regions and municipalities.
