Abstract

The situation with human resources support for a new industry in the IT area - Information Security is discussed. A comparison with the leading foreign countries is provided. The problem of the state regulation of training in the area is given. Training, advanced training and retraining improvement and need for specialists predicting methods' development trends are defined.
