Abstract
Among the issues discussed are risks and threats to energy stability and security, the connection of world demographic processes to the development of power generation, strategic challenges that Russia needs to overcome. The necessity of establishing a direct dialogue between experts from different countries to negotiate the strategic goals of energy development is emphasized.
