Legal analysis of the current state of the securities market

Abstract
The article presents the performance of the Russian securities market in 2011, compared with those in foreign markets and the causes of backwardness of the Russian stock market. Analyzed the most recent changes made to the legislation on the securities market within the framework of an international financial center, and their role in the development of securities market.
