Quality of Education – The Limits of Government Efficiency Improvement

Abstract

Features of use of remote educational technologies in professional retraining and professional development of the civil and municipal servants are stated. The main problems arising in educational process on the basis of remote technologies are analysed: low motivation being trained, a control illegibility in the organizations of training being the soil of corruption manifestations.
