Abstract
The analysis of the budgetary resources formation in the city of Moscow is presented in article. The authors conducted a research of structure and dynamics of the tax and non-tax income of the budget. The assessment of the usage efficiency and sufficiency of the budgetary resources in the city of Moscow for the period 2010 - 2012 is given.
