Perfecting political and legal foundations in the state and private partnership

Abstract

The article considers the problems of perfecting political and legal foundations in the state and private partnership in the Russian Federation. The topicality of the research is stipulated by the development necessity of the state and private partnership, as one of the effective mechanisms of the resourses concentration in power, business and other subjects of social life to solve important infrastructural tasks. The article analyses political and social foundations of the state and private partnership in the Russian Federation. A special attention is focused on concession agreement as one of the most disseminated forms of the partnership interaction between authorities and business structures. The author substantiates the necessity of perfecting the system of interaction between the authorities, business, public amalgamations with the aim of the most complete usage of mechanisms of the state and private partnership, updating of political, social, and economic relationship.
