Abstract
An interview with the Deputy Head of the Federal Treasury, Stanislaus Prokofiev given within the auspices of the Gaidar Forum 2014, devoted to the development of the Russian Treasury on the implementation of information technologies in the activities of supervisory bodies. He emphasizes the necessity of increasing openness in government as a prerequisite of the implementation of anti-corruption policies and cooperation from civil society.
