The Federal web-portal of managerial staff "Gossluzhba": prospects of development

Abstract

The research dedicated to the complex expert assessment of the web-site «Gossluzhba» (Civil service) is presented in the paper. The assessment made was aimed at understanding how the web-site works and how useful it is, what the prospects of its development and what the strong and weak points of the web-site are. The developed recommendations made on the basis of the acquired results are aimed at popularization of the web - site and informational materials supply and functionality improvement.
