"Green" public procurement

Abstract

The European, Asian and Russian experience of the implementation and development of the system of «green» public procurement are examined in this article. The barriers and benefits of the implementation of the system are analyzed. The advantages of environmentally friendly production of goods and services, the concept and the price of the product life cycle are discussed. The results of the study are summarized in the conclusion and the conclusions about the possibility of the further development of the system of «green» public procurement in the context of the Russian market are drawn.
