Corporate culture of the state civil servants

Abstract
The main components of the corporate culture in the state civil service system are analyzed in the article, their prevalence and the degree of their significance for the effective work of state servants, including the dynamics in 2012-2015are estimated. Corporate culture of the state civil servants is considered as a system of interrelated components and groups of components capable of exerting influence and impact on activity of employees.
