Abstract

An overview of the discussion of the Gaidar forum dedicated to the role of parliamentarism in the economy. Participants discussed the role of parliament in adopting the budget of the country, the monitoring activities of the state and made a number of proposals that could facilitate the transition to the structural changes in the economy.
