Abstract
The article is devoted to discussions about the status and prospects of health, held in the framework of the Gaidar forum -2016. The participants shared their vision of the efforts needed by the state for the fulfillment of social obligations of the state, and considered health as a strategic goal for the conservation and development of human capital in Russia.
