Historical and legal analysis of development of corporate relations in the Republic of Armenia

Abstract

Historical-legal aspects of the formation and development of the corporate legal relationships in Armenia are considered in the article, the shortcomings and gaps of the current legislation are outlined, basing on which the optimal recommendations for settlement are presented. Some disputable issues concerning the legal practice are also discussed by the author; recommendations regarding correct interpretation of the relevant law are presented.
