Main directions of training efficiency increase of state and municipal employees in the Kyrgyz Republic

Abstract
This article contains information characterizing the training needs of public and municipal employees of the Kyrgyz Republic, the problems of improving the quality and effectiveness of education are analyzed. The ways of improving of the current system of state and municipal employees' training with the use of determinants are suggested by the authors.
