Social-political consequences of migratory mobility

Abstract

an author presents a crisis of liberal migratory ideas as a result of dramatic growth of migratory streams in the world. Right-wing, conservative policy pressed these ideas. Under such conditions, realization of right-conservative policy can be only a temporary measure (for instance, in Russia - this was applied in order to provide faster economic and socio-economic modernization in the beginning of 2000).
