Abstract

The article analyzes main directions of Russian energy policy aimed at maintaining its leading role in the European market of fuel. A number of infrastructural projects are observed, as well as new types of long-term collaboration with European partners, i.e. exchange of strategic assets. The present-day state of the European energy market is the subject of research.
