Abstract
Abilities for prevention, easing and settlement of the socio-economic crisis depend greatly on effective political management. The article evaluates basic institutional, procedural and regulatory-value subsystems of the Russian political system according to their contributory/ obstructive characteristics required for preservation of political stability.
