Labor market as a source of personnel

Abstract

The article presents a study of the impact of the modern labour market on the system of staffing support of public service. It identifies the segments of the labour market that can be considered as possible sources for the public service staffing pool. The author suggests measures aimed at the utilization of this resource in the interests of state and municipal management.
