Public contracts: ways to increase efficiency

Abstract

The article reviews different reasons for decreased efficiency of public procurement by placing orders at auctions. It analyses prerequisites for dishonest behaviour of trading participants. The author suggests organizational and legislative measures to prevent violations affecting interests of the parties.
