Experience of public service development in the Volga federal district

Abstract

An analysis of development and implementation of regional programs aimed at reforming and developing the public service system in the federal districts allows the conclusion that in order to achieve optimal results it is necessary to systematize and coordinate processes in subjects of the Federation. The author describes her experience of developing the Joint action plan for the reforming and development of the public service system of the Russian Federation in the Volga federal district, which has been recommended for dissemination throughout the country.
