Personnel PR as a political technology

Abstract

The article is devoted to the use of PR in public personnel policy. The author believes that its function in public personnel policy is to establish trust towards personnel decisions among the population and, in a wider sense, to assure the legitimacy of the state apparatus in the eyes of the nation and civil society, which maintains a stable and steady government.
