On the legal status of the customs service

Abstract
In 2002, the federal state civil service was separated from the formerly unified customs service, and service in the agency began to be regulated by various laws. These transformations have, on the whole, negatively affected the customs service. However, the problems that have arisen as a result can be solved through a new law on law enforcement service.
