Power and society: in search of the moral constant

Abstract

Social studies show the low level of morality in all spheres of the Russian society. The country is trying to find new regulators of the relations between society and ruling elites. The author's opinion, supported by historical experience, is that these should be developed by the state and proposed to other social institutes.
