Abstract
Implementation of the Federal Law No. 131-ФЗ in the Republic of Tyva brought to light a number of problems characteristic for this region and some others. The problems are linked to authority funding, impossibility to recall deputies of local government bodies, ambiguous relations with higher level authorities etc. These issues can be solved through corresponding amendments to the legislation.
