Outsourcing in public administration abroad and in Russia

Abstract

Outsourcing in public management has become widespread as one of the ways to implement the strategy of using objective fulfillment mechanisms developed in the business sector and is now standard practice for Russian public bodies. Administrative and managerial processes that can be passed over to business structures have been determined; certain rules have been set for such operations.
