Abstract
A research/practice conference 'Problems of quality of professional development for public and municipal service personnel in the Ural Federal District and ways of their solution' took place in Yekaterinburg. Its main objective was to systematize and analyze problems in the sphere of professional development for public and municipal servants, define key directions and ways of their solution, and generalize and systematize experience.
