Specifics of Legal Regulation of Law Enforcement Services

Abstract

The article examines problems arising due to the lack of a unified legal act regulating the activities of law enforcement bodies, inconsistency of elements of legal status of officials as well as multivariate understanding of the status itself. The author points out the reasons for these negative phenomena and gives recommentations on their elimination.
