Abstract
The article analyzes the processes of revival of the judiciary system and establishment of the institute of magistrates in the Chechen Republic under conditions of its integration into the single legal space of the Russian Federation. The author provides a comparative analysis of magistrates activities in subjects of the Russian Federation, including the Chechen Republic.
