Procedural and Institutional Support of the Fight against Corruption

Abstract

The author provides an analysis of anti-corruption legal regulations. The transformation of the public administration system involves the creation of a mechanism that will ensure maximum transparency in the use of public resources and curb the possibility of corruption. The methodology for prevention of offences and crimes is demonstrated by the example of legal relationships in the natural resource and environmental sphere.
