Methodology Background for Training Public Servants

Abstract

A methodology of anticipative education of public servants is suggested. The author analyzes the model of implementation of strategic educational priorities in society and its characteristics: the principle of anticipative education of public servants; application of strategic level normative technologies; designing a creative information and education environment; social procurement of education.
