Abstract
A conference organized by the International Public Management Network (IPMN) entitled 'Increasing the Potential of Public Managements under Conditions of a Financial, Economic and Social Crisis' took place in RANEPA. Among the issues on the agenda were the development of an efficient anti-recessionary strategy for the Post-Soviet territory, the development and implementation of public administration reforms in the Russian Federation and CIS countries.
