State Taxation Policy in Customs Union Member States: Unification Challenges

Abstract
The article analyzes the steps undertaken by the Customs Union Member States to develop a harmonized tax policy, concluding that the tax policies of the considered countries are inconsistent despite their similarity. It further suggests priority measures for unification of the tax legislation of Customs Union Member States.
