Abstract
The issue raised is extremely relevant for modern societies, including Russia: financial literacy of the population and ways of its improvement. This collective work presents an analysis of British, Belgian, Dutch and, of course, Russian experience. The authors suggest various scenarios and mechanisms to change the current situation for the better.
