Contemporary Russian Lobbyism: a Social Study

Abstract

The author explores various social and administrative problems of lobbyism in present-day Russia on the basis of the results of a social survey, studies the institutionality of lobbyism in the system of relations between the state and civil society and presents an assessment of effectiveness and legitimacy of its different forms and methods.
